Abstract

The first day of Spring in the south hemisphere welcomed to Brasília, the UNESCO World Heritage Site for its modernistic design, a worldwide audience for an entire week of conferences, workshops, and tutorials on Automated Reasoning. All the events were hosted by the University of Brasília and organised in conjunction with the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. The Association for Automated Reasoning (AAR), the European Association for Computer Science Logic (EACSL), and the Association for Symbolic Logic (ASL) provided scientific support. Financial support was given by the Brazilian research agencies CNPq (ARC 03/2016), CAPES (PAEP 03/2017), and FAP-DF (02/2017), and by the European Association for Artificial Intelligence (EurAI).
