Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out how Amazon through different strategies or steps are ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. In order to identify the same, in this research, primary data was collected. Data was collected by sharing survey questionnaire with 50 random consumers of Amazon. From their responses it was found that factors such as low price of products, convenient and fast website, fast delivery, safe payment methods, high quality of products, and individuation are helping Amazon to ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
