Abstract
Mann and Zhang etal. developed a robust exvivo slice culture platform consisting of resected patient high- and low-grade glioma tissue engrafted onto rat organotypic brain slices, and interrogated tumor responses to clinically relevant therapeutics with a novel treatment-response algorithm.
