Abstract
The first winner of IETs award for technology innovation is set to help the treatment and rehabilitation of people with severe brain injuries.NeuroCONCISE is commercialising a wearable, non-invasive system enabled by artificial intelligence that allows people to communicate and interact with computers without moving, using only their minds. It's predicted to have applications in rehabilitation, diagnostics, augmentative and assistive communication devices and entertainment. The technology is built around a brain-computer interface that translates changes associated with imagination of movement.
