Abstract

The strengths and limitations of current data regarding these four topics will be discussed, so that clinicians can offer their older adult patients relevant, informed guidance on lifestyle changes that can credibly enhance brain health and well-being.The second goal is to discuss the gaps in knowledge in these four areas, including ethical and legal viewpoints and ramifications, to support the development of innovative clinical, research and administrative/systemic strategies and guidelines for the benefit of older adults.
