Abstract

Introduction: Patients presenting with drooling frequently site a reduced quality of life secondary to both psychological and physical consequences. Botulinum toxin B (Neurobloc) has been provided as a treatment for drooling in a specialist clinic at St George's Hospital since 2000. The aim of this audit was to assess the effectiveness of Neurobloc in the treatment of drooling by way of a patient satisfaction survey.
