Abstract
Tolerance and confidence limits are obtained for two-variable reliability, δ= P( Y< X), using the bootstrap method. X and Y are two random variables with unspecified distributions. Both independent and weakly dependent data cases are considered. Moving Block Bootstrap (MBB) method is used for the later case. Minitab macros are provided for obtaining tolerance and confidence limits. Simulation studies indicate the accuracy of the proposed tolerance and confidence limits.
