Abstract

During the period 1969–74, the Diagnostic Radiology Topic Group of the H.P.A. prepared four separate reports on different aspects of the physics of diagnostic radiology. These reports were intended to update existing knowledge in their respective fields in the light of recent developments. In this intention they were very successful, and no hospital physicist concerned with physics applied to radiodiagnosis could afford to be without these slim volumes on his bookshelves.
