Abstract

This booklet—one of the HPA Conference Report Series—is based on thirteen papers presented at a one-day conference at the University of Manchester in March 1984. The contributors are mainly physicists from hospitals, government establishments and firms manufacturing thermoluminescence dosimetry (TLD) equipment, and this is reflected in the diverse range of topics covered.
