Abstract
This report, concerned only with external sources of ionising radiation used in medicine, was published in 1982, and is said to supersede the medical sections of ICRP Publications 15 and 21, dating from 1970 and 1973 respectively. Without comparing them line by line, this appears to be a fair statement for ICRP 15, but less so for ICRP 21.
