Abstract

The present book review of Statistics With Confidence is framed in terms of both the recent report of the APA Task Force on Statistical Inference and ongoing movements in the field. The review is structured in terms of two major issues: the interpretation of confidence intervals (null hypothesis significance testing [NHST] versus non-NHST) and the ethics of statistics.
