Individual articles would be good supplements to the classic works in undergraduate level philosophy courses, where they would liven up the curriculum and allow students to foster their critical thinking skills. For example, Naoko T. Miyaji's article, Friendly Persuasion? Legislative Enforcement of Male Responsibility for Contraception, might provoke thoughtful and interested discussion in the context of an undergraduate introductory ethics or social and political philosophy course. Many of the articles would be suitable for such teaching purposes, even if there is not enough room on the syllabus to warrant assigning the entire book. In all, Globalizing Feminist Bioethics is a worthwhile and enjoyable collection.
