Aldo Mottura, is one of the books in the Techniques in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery series, edited by Dr. Mark A. Codner and published by Saunders. Although the text is limited to 270 pages, the book covers the majority of aesthetic breast procedures. The lead authors and editor have brought together an international group of 25 contributors, all of whom are well known as major contributors to plastic surgery. Specifically, they each have a strong clinical background in breast surgery; their extensive experience gives credibility and substance to the text. The 18 chapters of Aesthetic Breast Surgery are divided by topic, including specific surgical procedures, implant options, and subsets of techniques within procedure groups. The organization of the chapters follows a logical progression, from initial patient evaluation and preoperative preparation to incision choices, implant options, and operative technique.
