Abstract

This volume is a collection of papers with new data assembled while or since “Entomology of Antarctica” (Amer. Geophys. Union, Ant. Res. Ser. 10, 395 p., 1967) was in press. The 15 articles in the main body of the volume concern the Antarctic, but some of these have wider scope. Most of the articles have an ecological or biogeographic orientation. Three papers are devoted to ectoparasites.
