Abstract
This is an annotated and indexed bibliography of over 6,140 references to entomology of New Guinea and adjacent areas, such as the Bismarck Archipelago and Solomon Islands. The annotations include orders and families treated, together with names of new genera or species when five or less in number, usually with indication of geographical origins. Usually complete titles are included, and there is a list of journal abbreviations with full titles. The indexing is carried to families or superfamilies, as well as to general subjects and subdivisions of agricultural and medical entomology, such as crops, diseases, pest groups, control, etc. Partial coverage for 1967 is included.
