Abstract

Nunez, R Annual Subscription $71 Under the About Us heading of the EMedHome.com Web site, the mission is clearly stated to “provide a user-friendly clinical resource that is designed to be the premier educational Web site for Emergency Physicians.” I would offer that the creators of EMedHome.com have accomplished their mission. This easy-to-navigate Web site is a valuable educational tool for emergency medicine providers. EMedHome.com is reasonably priced at $5.99 per month and is available in a minimum one-year subscription. The Web site is user friendly and allows for quick navigation throughout its offerings. Sections include an Online Lecture series, monthly Feature Article, weekly clinical case and clinical pearl, and a “Daily Question.” The clinical case and daily questions are also available via e-mail. In 2003, the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education certified EMedHome.com as a provider of Continuing Medical Education for Physicians.
