Abstract

The jet dispensing structure includes glue liquid delivery, mechanical drive, pneumatic drive, electromagnetic control, etc. It is a complex electromechanical hydraulic and pneumatic system. The comprehensive application of relevant professional knowledge in various fields is difficult to model and the accuracy of simulation is difficult to guarantee. This article presents the structure of valve-controlled needle jet dispensing valve which is for medium to high viscosity electronic packaging adhesives, studies the bond graph model of the jetting system with this valve as the main control object, and conducts system simulation based on a 20-sim system, laying the foundation for the research of electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic multi domain coupling mathematical models.
