Abstract

A hypothetical source-follower-per-detector multiplexer circuit is introduced. An analysis of its DC transfer function is presented, accounting for nonlinearity produced by the body-to-substrate bias. Calculated and measured transfer functions for an actual multiplexer are discussed. Effects of nonlinearity on nonuniformity-corrected infrared imaging are illustrated. >
