Abstract
Abstract A model of an 8-sided filling surface is proposed in order to fill a hole left by eight given contiguous connected surfaces either along a common boundary curve or by a point. A new class of blowing up pole-functions is introduced in order to build a G2-continuous 8-sided filling surface in one piece as the image of [0,1]2.
