Abstract

Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRSwNP) is a heterogenous disease. Aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD) is a distinct CRSwNP phenotype with a unique therapeutic approach. Our study aimed to compare fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) and urinary leukotriene E4 (LTE4), before and after endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) among CRSwNP patients with and without AERD.
