Abstract
«Renal» blood supply sources of adrenals in the norm are studied in the work as well as blood supply peculiarities of unilateral adrenal and kidney in renal artery stenosis are revealed. It is concluded that including the study of adrenal arteries into angiographic algorithm in case of renal artery stenosis is of necessity.

Исследование посвящено изучению почечных источников кровоснабжения надпочечников в норме, а также выявлению особенности кровоснабжения унилатеральных надпочечника и почки при стенозе почечной артерии. Что при стенозе почечной артерии необходимо включать в ангиографический алгоритм исследование надпочечных артерий. It is concluded that including the study of adrenal arteries into angiographic algorithm in case of renal artery stenosis is of necessity. Анатовопрос изучен довольно хорошо [3, 8, 11, 16]. Цель работы — изучение особенностей кровоснаб- следования служили ангиографические данные 58 пацижения надпочечника при стенозе почечной артерии. Был использован архив отделения рентгенбенности кровоснабжения унилатеральных надпочеч- хирургических методов диагностики и лечения НИИ ника и почки при стенозе почечной артерии.
