Abstract

Acute poisoning is one of the commonly acute disease and critical illness in PICU.However, along with the application of blood purification therapy, we′ve made remarkable progress in treating the poisoned children.Learning about common patterns and mechanism of blood purification in acute poisoning, being familiar with the indications and contraindications of blood purification, selecting appropriate treatment model combined with the features of toxicants and different patterns of blood purification, mastering the procedures, which all above can help us reduce the complications and upgrade the successful rescue rate of acute poisoning in children.
