Abstract
The relevance of porosity in human organs facilitates breathing, sweating and bone strength or stiffness. Peristalsis when combined with porous medium such as porous arteries play a significant role in blood pumping especially in heart muscles, systolic and diastolic pressure conditions. The aim here is to investigate the blood flow problem in human narrow arteries that works on peristaltic principle. Here, shear thinning attribute of blood is carried out through Jeffrey fluid. Furthermore, the flow of blood in arterial wall is controlled by applying magnetic field. The walls of channel (arterial channel) are set to flexible wall conditions. Heat transfer phenomenon is also discussed. The mathematical description of the stated problem is followed under physical laws. The solutions are also discussed physically in terms of graphs.
