Abstract
Neutralizing antibody responses are critical for protection from virus-induced disease. In this issue of Cell Host & Microbe, Jin etal. (2018) use advanced microscopy to elucidate mechanisms by which anti-CHIKV neutralizing monoclonal antibodies block viral egress and activate ADCC, suggesting such antibodies may be "triply functional."
