Abstract

This work, based on the construction process of large-span prestressed steel truss structure roof of Weifang Medical College as an example, used the load test calculation and construction process simulation analysis method to study the prestressed steel truss roof structure, ground single truss assembly, double machine lifting, string cable pretension, truss composition unit, unit block sliding, construction process force, deformation, and technologies. Under the constraints of the site, machinery, construction period and other conditions, the problem of large span and deep components was solved. It not only contributes to ensuring the quality and safety of the project structure but also makes all kinds of work operate simultaneously, which is conducive to shortening the construction period.
