Abstract
We reformulate and extend “morphic cohomology” developed by the author and H.B. Lawson so that, together with “Lawson homology”, it satisfies the axioms of S. Bloch and A. Ogus for a “Poincaré duality theory with supports” on complex quasi-projective varieties.
