Abstract
With improvements in culture conditions, blastocyst development rates have increased. It is clear that some embryos diagnosed as aneuploid from cleavage stage biopsy will progress to blastocysts following extended culture. The objective of this prospective study was to determine the accuracy of the diagnosis of aneuploidy after cleavage stage embryo biopsy using CGH with confirmatory re-biopsy at the blastocyst stage.
