Abstract

Virchow–Robin spaces (VRS) surround the walls of vessels as they course from the subarachnoid space through the brain parenchyma. The sizes of these spaces usually vary from 1 to 5 mm. Cases of giant Virchow–Robin spaces (VRS) have been reported, and hence we report such a case of post-traumatic bilateral giant Virchow–Robin spaces.
