AbstractElectricity (MIC: 7.1 SIC: 4911 NAIC: 221121)Black Hills is a diversified energy company operating in two primary operating groups: retail services, which consists of Black Hill Power and Cheyenne Light; and wholesale energy that operates through Black Hills Energy and its subsidiaries. Black Hill Power generates, transmits and distributes electricity in South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana while Cheyenne Light supply electric and natural gas in Cheyenne, WY vicinity. Black Hill Power and its subsidiaries are engaged in the production of electric power through ownership of a portfolio of generating plants and the sale of electric power and capacity under long‐term tolling contracts; and the marketing of natural gas and crude oil.
