Abstract
The Business Club Painted with Lipstick, which operated in the years 2014–2021, was a women’s non-profit organization aimed at associating entrepreneurial women from Kielce and the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Its founders and originators – Małgorzata Kołosowska and Beata Tokarska-Wójcik ‒ set for themselves the goal of creating an environment that brings together professionally active women to inspire each other and support each other with knowledge and professional experience. The main goals of the club were also to promote the idea of entrepreneurship and charity. The club was elite and closed. This article aims to present the specific phenomenon of the Business Club Painted with Lipstick on the Świętokrzyskie and national scale.
