Abstract
Objectives: Automatic capture verification may be used to ensure adequate pacing output level and consistent resynchronization therapy in CRT patients. During CRT threshold testing, it is difficult to assess LV capture without multiple surface ECGs. Previously, a Capture Detection Algorithm (CDA) for ICD RV threshold testing was developed using RVcoil to Can evoked response morphology, with accurate discrimination ability. In this study, we demonstrated the feasibility of an extended CDA for CRT-D device to detect capture in a bi-ventricular setting (BiV, RV only and LV only capture).
