Abstract
The title compound, [Ni2(C5HF6O2)4(C9H11NOS)2], crystallizes as a centrosymmetric dimer containing two Ni(hfac)2 moieties bridged by two nitrone ligands (hfac is the 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoropentane-2,4-dionate anion). The Ni⋯Ni distance is 3.2904 (5) Å, with Ni—Onitrone distances of 2.0776 (12) and 2.0974 (12) Å. The average Ni—Ohfac distance is 2.022 (16) Å.
