Abstract
The article discusses the United States' National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and its plans to construct a rocket to travel to the surface of Mars, Earth's moon, and an asteroid. The author comments on the history of United States space missions such as Apollo 13, NASA's expenses, and the public's opinion on space flights.
