Abstract
Kemigin primer lenfomasi nadir gorulen bir tumordur. Yaygin buyuk hucreli lenfoma en sik histolojik alt tiptir. Biz burada 16 yasinda bir cocukta femura alt ucundan kaynaklanan, sistemik kemoterapi ile tedavi edilen yaygin buyuk hucreli lenfoma olgusunu sunduk. Primary bone lymphoma Primary bone lymphoma is a rare malignancy of the bones. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is by far the most common histology presenting as primary bone lymphoma.
