How Olympic venues are used after games is often a huge problem. Due to the government's early investment in the Olympic venues, post-match management and operation is very important, once the problem will face heavy economic pressure. The number of venues for the Beijing Olympic Games is large and distributed in different regions. In this paper, after the game of the bird's nest, water cube as the object of study. Analysis of post-match operation and environmental governance, through analysis and combing of operational problems and countermeasures, while paying attention to environmental governance problems, put forward targeted recommendations.
