Results: By working on the information obtained in the practice of evidence-based medicine, the students developed solutions for the problems of a patient diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori gastritis, who was given traditional triple therapy (clarithromycin, amoxicillin, lansoprazole) and had problems during the treatment. Conclusion: It was thought that the patient was not treated appropriately. Quadruple bismuth or dual amoxicillin therapy has been suggested.
