Abstract

Biportal spinal endoscopic technique was developed to fulfill the requirements of minimally invasive techniques. The method may be highly effective for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis as it allows reduction of posterior spinal muscle injuries with high visualization of elements of the spinal canal. The aim of this chapter is to present the technical key points in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis.
