Abstract

The on- versus off-track paradigm has been proposed as a method for indicating arthroscopic remplissage in treating Hill-Sachs lesions (HSL). On- versus off-track calculations can be made using bone loss measurements done arthroscopically or from preoperative imaging. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of 3D-CT versus arthroscopic calculations.
