Abstract
Background: Laryngectomy is standard of care in T4a, node positive cases of Carcinoma Supraglottic Larynx. Pharyngo-cutaneous fistula is a common and dreaded complication after laryngectomy, which increases both morbidity and hospital stay. We present a case of post laryngectomy pharyngo-cutneous fistula which was repaired successfully with bi-paddled Delto-Pectoral Fasciocutaneous flap.
