Abstract

Bioethics is the systematic study of human behavior in the fields of biological sciences and health care. Clinical Nutritions part of health sciences, and nutrition professionals should be considered within the international bioethical framework as part of the scientific community. Scientific research is the only way to solve scientific questions in a rigorous, comprehensive and systematic way. This is why clinical nutrition research must be governed by the principles of bioethics, and clinical nutrition research protocols must follow all the principles of good clinical research practices set out in the Declaration of Helsinki.
