Abstract

Metabolic pathways in the synthesis of ribo- and desoxyribonucleic acids by a Neurospora mutant were investigated following replacement of thymidine used in growth experiments with thymidine-2-C14. Chromatograms prepared from mycelia were scanned with a Geiger counter. Data are tabulated. (C.H.)
