Abstract
The concept of a 𝝔 operation on a new class of 𝜹𝑷𝑺-open subsets was defined. The comparisons were made with all other existing open sets with this new open set. Here for the same topological space two different operations 𝝔 and 𝝔′are defined and a new concept of bioperation was introduced. The concepts of [𝝔,𝝔′]-open sets and [𝝔,𝝔′]-regular spaces along with some topological properties were analysed. Two types of [𝝔,𝝔′]-closures were studied with their properties, and the submaximal spaces were analyzed.
