Abstract
The Laboratory of Biomechanics, Czech Technical University in Prague was approached as the expert institution in forensic biomechanics field. Subject of interest was expert assessment of movement between two humans, because during this movement died one of the persons. Investigated movement was throw person over another person, and thrown person died after ground impact. Legal dispute was if person, who throw aggrieved person over, did it with any intention or not. Party of aggrieved person assert, that person who realized throw, had to use lower extremity for doing the throw, and it was the intention. Person who make the “throw”, assert, that he did not use lower extremity for throwing the aggrieved person over.
