Abstract

In article number 2001448 by Morgan R. Alexander, Chris Denning, and co-workers, a novel substrate for xeno-free human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) culture is discovered using a highthroughput multigenerational polymer microarray platform approach used to rapidly test over 600 polymers. This nanoscale phase separated blend of poly(tricyclodecane-dimethanol diacrylate) and poly(butyl acrylate) (2:1 v/v) which supports hPSC expansion and differentiation after long-term serial passage can be readily applied to common tissue culture plasticware.
