Abstract

OBJECTIVE: We observed recently an increased risk of early pregnancy loss in patients exposed to high levels of ambient PM10 during the preconceptional period. Yet, effects of this exposure on early embryo development are unknown. The aim of this study was to assess the dose-response and biological effects of diesel exhaust particles (DEP) on embryo development using the IVF mouse model.
