Abstract
Vascular Stents As shown in the cover picture, the bionic vascular stent prepared by Min Zhou, Yuanjin Zhao, and co-workers in article 2200965, is covered with double-layer nanofiber membranes made by electrospinning technology. The inner layer is loaded with Heparin-VEGF (shown in yellow spheres), which can be released into the lumen and promote endothelial repair. The outer membrane is loaded with rapamycin (shown in blue triangles), which can be released into the walls of blood vessels and prevents proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.
