Abstract
Objective: Recent reports regarding the incidence of biochemical pregnancy and miscarriage rates associated with in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and frozen embryo transfer (FET) procedures have prompted clinics to evaluate the effect of sequential embryo culture on fresh and frozen embryo quality as well as transfer and freezing techniques.
