Abstract

The main aim of this paper is to explain a relatively new concept of photovoltaic, known as “Bio-Synthetic solar cells” (BSSCs) or “Organic solar cells”, which has the potential of high commercial appeal, low-cost investments and high-efficiency conversion. Material used to fabricate solar cell is Pomegranate Juice as main electrolyte, Photovoltaic effect is created due to Nano Material Property of Titanium Dioxide and ITO(Conductive Glass) fabricated by coating Tin tetrachloride (SnCl4) over plane glass slides. This solar cell is affordable, more economical and having less cost as compared to silicon solar cells, the most of main materials are extracted from natural fruits. The only way to dramatically lower the price of photovoltaic solar cells is by changing the manufacturing process. Organic solar cells aim at such challenges. It also explains about application of BSSCs by mounting the BSSCs on back of the existing silicon solar cells, this enables solar panels of the satellites to generate power at lowest possible price without disturbing the current existing system this innovates the world.
