Abstract
AbstractActive research is going on the development of an efficient food packing. Owing to its eco-friendly nature, researchers are focussing to develop bio nanocomposite for food packaging. The properties of bio nanocomposites could be improved by the incorporation of filler such as nanoparticle. This chapter describe the recent development of eco-friendly bio nano composite for food packing.
