Abstract

Abstract Binding assay was performed with NTP‐labeled Bacillus thuringiensis activated toxin Cry 1Ac on midgut brush border membrane vesicles (BBMVs) prepared from the whole larvae of dia‐mondback moth Plutella xylostella. We conclude that the BBMVs can be isolated properly and Cry 1Ac toxin binds saturably to BBMVs.
